Booking a Tour with European Premier Tours
With submission of your online booking form and payment of your trip deposit of 20% you agree that you have read and accepted all Terms & Conditions of this
Agreement as a binding contract between European Premier Tours and you the tour participant.
All Prices are indicated in Euro and are per person net (except mentioned otherwise)

Tour Reservation and Deposit
A deposit is required to establish and hold a reservation. Full payment is required 20 days before it's scheduled commencement, there will be a 10% deposit forfeited. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to the scheduled commencement, the deposit will be fortified, if you cancel 30 days or fewer prior to the scheduled commencement, the trip cost will be forfeited.
No refunds will be made to participants who drop out after the trip has begun. No exceptions to this policy will be made for any reason, We strongly recommend the customer either obtains trip cancellation insurance from an insurance company or opts for cancellation/interuription protection from European Premier Tours From Date of scheduled

Reservation Changes:
Changes to an existing reservation, what ever the cause, will incure €35.00 per person plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes. Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Changes and additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider


What happens if we need to cancel or dalay the tour
Your booking is conditional on Us receiving a minimum number of tour participants to operate the Tour and ensure an enjoyable group atmosphere. Where sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, We may cancel or delay a scheduled Tour or Tour Departure Date.
We will endeavour to make any decision to cancel or delay a Tour at least 60 days prior to the scheduled Tour Departure Date.
We will propose an alternative Tour and Date.
If you do not accept the proposed alternative tour within 7 days of being notified by US of the alternative. Our contact with you will terminate, we will refund all monies paid directly to Us and you will have no further liability to you.
We are not liable for any third party costs You may incur, which we have not booked on Your behalf, for example airfares or other arrangements booked independently through or paid to a travel agaent.

Tour Participation
We welcome you if you have a disability or special need, provided you are accompanied by a companion capable of providing all the assistance you require. Please note that although We will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with all of the activities on your itineraray, depending on your disability, you may not be able to participate in every activity and the Tour Director will have the right to refuse your participation if the Tour Director believes your health and safety or the health and safety of the other passengers may be impacted by your participati-on. You must advise Us. Of any disability, medical condition or dietry requirement at the time of booking.
Wheelchair passengers should be aware that hotel doors and rest room doors are not wide enough to provide access for standard wheelchairs.Requests for disabled rooms must be made at the time of the booking and are subject to availability.For safety reasons passengers can not be carried onto motor coaches.Wheelchairs and walkers can be carried in the luggage compartment of motorcoaches subject to space limitations We may in our absolute discretion, decline your booking if we are of the view that we cannot provide for any of Your special needs.

International Tours
Hotels and cruises outside the Unted States are ot required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accomodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers or motorised scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitatiions motorised scooters may not be taken aboard motorcoaches

HOTEL ACCOMODATION
All rooms are standard twin rooms (1 bed) with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category- Special request such as bed types, making prefence and connecting rooms are subject to availabilty. Tripple rooms consist of standard twin beds or one double bed plus a folding/sofa bed.
Use of Air conditioning in Europe differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before air conditioning was introducted. A/C is often shut down at night and from the end to the start of the summer months.
We may substitute hotel accomodations of a simular standard in the place of an advertised hotel.

LUGGAGE
Tour participants are entitled to one suitcase per person.
Your suitcase must not exceed 76 x 53 x 28 cms (30" x 21" x 11") and must not weigh more that 20 Kg (42lbs). Personal items should be carried in a travel bag. Airline passengers should consult with their airline as size and weight restrictions may vary airline to airline and also to the class booked.
What's included in the Tour Price??
When indicated in your Itinerary, your price includes all (a)coach and cruise travel, (B) breakfast (D) Evening Meal, assisitace of a Qualified Tour Manager, Hotel Gratuities. &Entrance fees as per itinerary

What are your Tour Obligations
You must follow the Tour Directors instructions at all times to ensure on tour safety.
You must make your own enquiries regarding Your Tour, including being aware of goverment travel safety warnings.

Passports and Visas
You must have a valid passport with at least 6 month validity from your Tour return date.
You must ensure that all required entry visas for countries to be visited are obtained prior to departure as failure to obtain correct documention may affect your participation in certain shore excursions and entry to certain countries while on Tour.
If you do not have the correct visa or other documentation necessary to enter a country or participate in any as-pect of a Tour

We will not refund at You any portion of the Tour Price
You will be responsible for any costs You incur as a result of your failure to obtain the required Documentation. Including any cost associated with rejoining the Tour.

SEAT ROTATION
To ensure all passengers have the oppertunity to enjoy front and window seats, a daily seat rotation will be employed on all of Our coaches and You must follow the seat rotation system.
If you suffer from travel sickness, You should arrange medication or other alternatives to treat symptoms, as We cannot make allowances for this.

GROUP SIZE
The minimum no of passenger to run a tour is 20 and the number of participants will be limited to 40 guests on each land tour.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
Airport transfers are only available on the first and last day of Your Tour and at the times We designate.

Booking Security according ot the Austrian Travel Agency Insurance Law

Incase of the applicability of the Austrian Travel Agency Decree (Reisebürosicherungsverordnung-RSV section 1, Paragraph 1 place of jurisdiction) any payment made to Premier European Tours by the clients, as well as necessary expenses for the return home are secured against insolvency of the tour operator through a bank guarantee at ``Tiroler Sparkassa, Innsbruck`` (Guarantee Number 1352.814)

Incase of insolvency, all claims should be reported within 08 (eight) weeks to: Europäische Reiseversicherung AG (European Travel Insurance Limited), Kratochwjlestrasse 4, 1220 Vienna, AUSTRIA.

After 8 weeks this guarantee is not valid anymore,

According to the law the required notification was sent to the register of travel agencies at the Federal Ministery of Economical issues in Austria (Number of registration: 2014/0063, license number: 33.201/0648-I.)
